Please bring a valid driver’s license and insurance card

How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
All cancellations or appointment changes can be requested via telephone at 1-212-751-9000 or email at hi@racetorecover.com.
A cancellation fee of $175.00 will apply for appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
Do you accept my insurance?
Our providers accept insurance plans with out-of-network benefits. As a courtesy we’re happy to check your benefits. Please call or email with your insurance ID number and date of birth if you are unsure about your healthcare benefits.
